Greetings and welcome,
Our Bailliage (Chapter)
encompasses a vibrant group of culinary professionals and non-professionals who share a passion for fine dining. We endeavor to promote excellence in the culinary arts. It is our highest priority to assist young chefs and young sommeliers develop their skills and expand their career paths. To accomplish these goals we award scholarships for young chefs to continue their education in the culinary arts and for young sommeliers to continue their education in the field of viniculture. Each year we sponsor a Jeunes Commis (Young Chef) Competition and a Young Sommelier Competition. The winners of our local competitions advance to regional, national, and international competitions.
We organize dinner events on a regular basis. Our events encompass a variety of themes and venues. Each event provides our members with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of food and wine. Our events are also intended to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of the host venue’s staff. Please explore the pages of this site and contact us for any further information.
